What We Know

• Named in graffiti alongside standard urban-explorer markings — recognized, recurring local presence.
• Connected to the dog pack at Kessler in some way.
• The dog pack retreated from Kyle Alexander upon his appearance — abnormal behavior.

Ghoul Connection (Vale's Mythos knowledge)

August Vale learned via Obsess (Bond Phase, Episode 6) that ghouls may have a separate presence at Kessler from the dog pack. Per his source: "If the dogs refuse to enter the cemetery, and then it already belongs to the ghouls." The dogs concentrated around the building, not the cemetery.

The Dogman may be a ghoul, a ghoul-adjacent entity, or something that bridges the pack and whatever is in the ground. Unknown.
