Charles Lundine

Son of Henry M. Lundine and a talented musician. Hanged himself in the second-floor ballroom on 30 AUG 1950. Known only from the Art Life Dossier.

Another Musician, in the Building
The case keeps fusing residents to a work: Abigail Wright **scoring** the King in Yellow verse, Michelle Vanatz **enacting** *The Bell Jar*, Thomas Manuel **painting** the paper dragon. Charles Lundine — a musician who died **in the second-floor ballroom**, on the same floor as the door to the roof — is the earliest known instance, decades before the *Box 13* production existed.
Re-Staged in the Night Floors (Session 6)
In The Night Floors ballroom, the investigators found a **mannequin hanging from the ceiling by a noose** — his suicide **re-performed with a puppet** on the original set (see The Clockwork Marionettes). The building doesn't just remember his death; it keeps replaying it.
